Orders must be paid before we start. Custom candles take about 3 to 5 business days to prepare. You can ask to cancel within 24 hours as long as prep hasn't started. After prep starts, no cancellations or refunds. Custom items are generally final sale. Damaged or incorrect items are handled under our refund policy. Always burn candles safely. Never leave them unattended. And keep away from kids, pets, drafts, and flammable stuff. And again, no outcomes are promised. Testimonials aren't guaranteed.
