Shipping policy

Physical candle orders are prepared to order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for preparation before shipping. Shipping time begins after your order has been prepared and handed to the carrier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Sacred Velora with your order info and photos. Candle lighting and other spiritual services do not require shipping.
