All Sacred Velora candle lighting services, spiritual services, and custom prepared products are made or performed specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of these offerings, all sales are final once preparation or service work has begun. Candle lighting and spiritual services are non-refundable once preparation or spiritual work has begun.
